Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Mahasell, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Mahaone Technology Ltd.

Mahasell provides tools for sellers to list products, receive customer orders, coordinate deliveries, and receive payouts. We are a platform — we do not buy or sell products ourselves, and we are not a party to any transaction between a seller and their customer.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mahasell. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

As a seller, you are responsible for:

• The accuracy of your product listings (description, price, photos)
• Fulfilling orders you accept in a timely manner
• Ensuring your products comply with Nigerian law
• Resolving disputes with customers directly
• Keeping your account credentials secure

You must not list counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited goods. Violation may result in immediate account suspension.

Payments are processed by Paystack. Mahasell collects a platform commission on each delivered order. The commission rate is displayed in your dashboard and may change with 14 days' notice. Payouts are initiated after the return window for each order has passed. We are not liable for delays caused by Paystack or your bank.

If you enable partnership on a product, you agree that other Mahasell users (partners) may promote your product and earn the commission rate you set. Commission is deducted automatically from your payout — not charged separately. You may disable partnership on any product at any time.

Mahasell connects sellers with independent delivery agents. We do not employ delivery agents and are not liable for delivery failures, delays, or damage caused by agents. Sellers are responsible for packaging products appropriately.

You may not:

• Use the platform for fraudulent transactions
• Manipulate reviews or order records
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Use another user's account without permission
• Harass or harm other users

You retain ownership of the content you upload (product photos, descriptions). By uploading content, you grant Mahasell a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform. Mahasell's branding, code, and platform design are our intellectual property.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraud, or if required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Outstanding payouts due to you will be processed within 30 days of account closure.

Mahasell is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost orders, delivery failures, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
