Data Deletion Request
If you connected your Facebook account to Mahasell, you can request that we delete all data associated with that connection. We will process your request within 30 days.
How to request data deletion
- Send an email to privacy@mahaone.com
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Include the email address associated with your Mahasell account
- We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days
What gets deleted
- Your Mahasell account and profile information
- Any Facebook ad account data we retrieved with your permission
- Order history and store data associated with your account
- Any other personal data tied to your account
What we may retain
We may retain transaction records (order amounts, payout records) where required for financial compliance and tax purposes under Nigerian law. These records are anonymised where possible and are not used for any other purpose.
You can also disconnect your Facebook account directly from your Mahasell dashboard without deleting your account. For general privacy questions, see our Privacy Policy.
